Shipping & Delivery
All items ship within 1-3 business days from the date orders are placed. Items ship from Portland, OR. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the order has been completed and shipped.
Recover is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail. Orders will ship in 1-3 business days and normally take 2-6 business days to reach the destination. If items are needed ship faster, a USPS Priority Mail option is also available at checkout for an additional charge.
International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority, which typically takes 5-10 days for delivery depending on the destination. Please expect to pay any additional customs and/or duties charges your country may impose.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Recover accepts returns on items within 10 days of the date the item was delivered. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in new condition with the original packaging. Recover will issue a full refund for the item, however the customer must pay for the return shipping fee unless the item sent was incorrect or damaged.
To begin the return or exchange process, you must receive a RA# by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 503-941-0879 with your Order ID and a description of why you would like to return the item.
All Recover products are covered by a 1 (one) year warranty against manufacturer’s defects in improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation and use. If an item is deemed defective by Recover, Recover will replace or refund the item at no cost to you. This warranty is only granted to authentic Recover brand products purchased through www.getrecover.com or an authorized Recover retailer.
